On my morning Rightmove travels I came across this property that I wanted to share with you. It has just been reduced by the agents Westcoast Properties to £215,000. It’s a two bedroom ground floor apartment and is being offered for sale with no onward chain. Apartments in this area have always been easily let and achieve a strong rent due to the steady demand. Similar properties have been renting recently for around £800.00 per month. So basing a purchase price at £215,000 this would offer a yield of 4.47%. As with all leasehold properties I would recommend finding out more information regarding the service charges, ground rents and length of lease before making an offer.
