Devonshire Drive and Somerset Road are both set off of the popular Nore Road. They have proven to be sought after amongst the investment market for many years. The reason for this appeal I believe is down to their location, they offer tenants something different to the flats within the Marina areas and with most of the flats here offering 2 bedrooms they can achieve a projected rental Income Of £675/£695pcm. This amount pcm on the Marina would only secure them a 1 bedroom property.
Having looked at the potential yield on this one it would offer 4.77%, not a bad investment!
